getting my qi on waverly place...

I've been in pain the last 10 days. Lower back pain, middle back, shoulder, neck. my back is all mis-aligned, maladjusted, I've got knots on my knots, and stress, compounded by an extremely busy schedule, along with the fatigue and the seratonin plunge pmdd brings, just keeps adding to the mix, creating all kinds of traffic on my meridians. I am a wreck. No amount of meditation is going to help me. I can't even find a position that doesn't hurt somewhere.

We've been getting the gallery ready for the Leo Valledor show, as well as finishing up the construction work that needed to be done. The days have been very long, and I am sore and tired. There has been no breaks.

I needed help STAT. And I found it, rather him. Dr. William Zhao, my healer, my provider of relief, his clinic located on cobble stoned historic Waverly Place, in the heart of Chinatown. Where else to get relief but straight from the source right? I got the works... acupressure to relax me, spine adjustments, acupuncture and the cupping.

Aaaah. I can feel the qi flowing. I feel whole again. I feel... good.
