Lessons

"I try, I try"

I'm learning to eat my food,
And I'm learning to finish,
And I'm learning to be in a good mood,
Not ugly, when I diminish.
And I'm learning not to be stubborn,
And I'm learning and I'm learning (though
It sometimes really hurts me) not to call one
Fatty
And I'm learning to be cool,
When I have to go to a pool,
And I'm learning that it is much
Much easier to be a 'missin from school.
