The Fides Enriquez Dance Collective premieres two original dance theater works inspired by the musical arrangements of Florante Aguilar. Isagani at Candida (Isagani and Candida), a pas de deux, explores themes of love, tragedy, and transcendence, while Ang Labada ni Aling Perla (Aling Perla's Laundry) offers a tongue-in-cheek look at "Bayanihan"-style folkdancing through the magical fantasies of Aling Perla, a laundry woman for a prestigious Pilipino folk dance troupe.
