Getting there: From San Francisco, take Highway 101 north to Marin and exit at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Head west and drive about 20 miles to the town of Olema and the junction with Highway 1. Turn left and drive 9.3 miles to Olema-Bolinas Road on the right (the sign is often missing). Turn right and drive 1.5 miles to Mesa Road. Turn right and drive 6 miles (past an area known as the Towers because of all the antennas) to the parking area and Palomarin Trailhead.
